• Babies aged 5-12 months

• You’d like to wean the night feeds

• You want to make some adjustments but you’re not quite ready for sleep training

• You’ve started sleep training but you just need some advice/troubleshooting

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• 30 minute consultation call

• Gentle night weaning plan

• Daytime routine tweaks

• 2 x 30 minutes follow-up calls (additional calls can be booked as a bolt-on)

• Option to upgrade to the ‘Sleep Package’ if desired

• 7 day record of sleep and milk (logging documents provided)

• Completed sleep questionnaire

• Detailed description of your bedtime routine
